Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging when possible.

Return Shipping

Standard outbound shipping is free for all orders. For eligible returns, contact us first at help@tchsjahoil.com so we can provide the correct return instructions. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs related to an order, and we do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing time may vary.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or produced. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact help@tchsjahoil.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
